EVOO Ham and Strawberry Tapas Appetizer Recipe

This tapas recipe is perfect for easy entertaining!  EVOO ( Extra Virgin Olive Oil ) with ham and strawberry are an easy way to quickly prepare appetizers that will impress your guests!

  • 4 slices baguette
  • 4 slices of Iberico ham
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Atlas Extra Virgin Olive Oil  
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Strawberry Pulp Vinegar 
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat a grill pan to high heat. Drizzle baguette slices with oil. Place on grill and cook oil side down until grill lines are visible. Set aside.
  2. Cut strawberries into quarters. Mix the cream cheese with vinegar. Spread baguettes with cheese mixture, place Iberico ham over cheese and top with strawberries. Season with pepper.
