- 4 slices baguette
- 4 slices of Iberico ham
- 8 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Atlas Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Strawberry Pulp Vinegar
- Preheat a grill pan to high heat. Drizzle baguette slices with oil. Place on grill and cook oil side down until grill lines are visible. Set aside.
- Cut strawberries into quarters. Mix the cream cheese with vinegar. Spread baguettes with cheese mixture, place Iberico ham over cheese and top with strawberries. Season with pepper.
